PROGRAM DIRECTOR’s

Local area’s - 40 hr, Provide leadership, support and direct supervision for residential program, responsible for day to day operation, oversee staff, including all administrative documentation as required. Exper., resume, BA/BS, MA Lic., Beeper coverage.

DIRECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

40 hr, direct care residential program. Positions in locations in Malden/Reading areas.

ASLEEP & AWAKE OVERNIGHT PROGRAM MANAGER

Positions available, local areas, 11PM-8/9AM, includes AM routines

EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST & PRODUCTION

Assist adults w/ disabilities obtain/maintain community employment, case management, job development.  Assisting Production Manager with production operations. 40/30/20 hrs

LIFE CHOICES INSTRUCTOR – LIFE CHOICES PROGRAM-Reading

40 hr –Assist adults’ w/disabilities, work in a community based day program, ensure activities and trainings, promote personal choice, skill development.  BA/BS, experience, resume required, and MA Lic.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

12 hr – Case management, flexible hours,  incl. PM & w/e, beeper coverage. Ability to work independently, experience in document and detailed record keeping required, good communication skills. Vehicle required.

SCHOOL TO WORK - SPECIALIST

20-40 hr, Community school based school to work transitional program. MA Lic. & own vehicle, experience required.

INDEPENDENT LIVING MENTOR

Flexible schedule, supporting individuals w/ disabilities living independently. Own vehicle required.

 

RECREATION SPECIALIST

10-20 hr – Create, develop and implement a variety of year round programs & activities for children w/ complex medical needs or on the autism spectrum. Background in therapeutic recreation, special ed, OT therapy or nursing w/ at least 2 yr direct program experience w/ children w/ disabilities.

 

TEEN CENTER DIRECTOR

PT up to 20 hr – Develop and oversee a new drop in center for teens w/ disabilities.  Responsible for staff training & supervision, intake, curriculum devlpmt and hands on support.  BA/BS in education, HS or recreation w/2 yrs exper. supporting people w/ develop.disabilities. Based on experience

 

EDUCATIONAL ADVOCATE 

PT up to 10 hr – Coordinate educational advocacy activities incl. providing training accessible to parents, maintaining partnerships with area schools, collaboratives, & DMR, active participation w/ Family Support Council.  Separate fee for service avail.  BA/BS in related field, exper. & resume required.

 

BEVERLY, MA Life Choices Day Program:

LIFE CHOICES DIRECTOR

40 Hours, Provide leadership and guidance, for NEW innovative life skills program, promote and maximize opportunities for vocational development and community engagement for adults with developmental disabilities/DD.    BA/BS.  Masters pref.  5 yrs professional supervisory health care experience.  2 yrs MR/DD program; 1 year in a supervisory role. 

RN, HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR

30 Hours, M-F, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.,  Duties include assessing, planning and implementing personalized programs to ensure health care services to support individuals’ w/DD.  No on call.

LIFE CHOICES INSTRUCTORS-North Shore (Beverly)

40 Hours, M-F, Assist adults’ w/DD, work in a community based day program, ensure community activities, promote personal choice/personal skill development. BA/BS and 1 year experience MR/DD or 2 years experience MR/DD, Valid Driver’s License.

 

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES – Respite Providers, Skills Instructors, Community Integration Specialist

PT - varied positions - assisting, developing, and encouraging individuals w/ disabilities incl. children& young adults, to achieve their potential.
